Sean Bartz is the owner of Bartz Landscaping, specializing in building high quality outdoor living spaces—from pools and patios to complete landscape transformations.

With over 10 years of hands on experience in both fieldwork and operations, Sean ensures every project is executed efficiently and built to last. He runs his company on clear communication, tight systems, and delivering exactly what’s promised—no surprises.

Sean holds multiple industry certifications, including CMHA, ICPI, Maryland Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH), NDS Drainage Pro, PHTA Certified Builder Professional (CBP), and SIMA Certified Snow Professional (CSP) and Advanced Snow Manager (ASM). He is also certified with Techo-Bloc, Nicolock, Trex, and is a Certified Leisure Pools dealer and installer.

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Sean is a father of three and brings a long-term, practical mindset to every project he takes on.

5-year warranty on workmanship and integrity of hardscaping. Material is warrantied from the manufacturer (if applicable]. Warranty only covers sinking/settling/failing patio
Each plant will be installed with amendments as needed for optimized growth and sustainability
All new plants installed by Bartz Landscaping carry a 12 month warranty, This is a one-time replacement per plant
