Bartz Landscaping is seeking qualified applicants for Foreman / Crew Leader positions.

Reqs:

  • 3-5 years+ landscape or hardscape experience
  • 1 year+ as experience in leadership, management, or supervisor position
  • Valid Driver License
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • DOT Eligibility
  • Confidence and competence driving trucks & trailers 10k-26k GVCW
  • Confidence and competence operating machinery (skid loader, excavator, mini skid, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage crews and projects
  • Tracks data and job-related info. Provides to admin team for data entry at the office
  • Ensures timely completion of projects
  • Facilitates change orders (Commission Potential)
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Operations Manager and Executive Team

Our growing company is in search of a candidate for an Administrative Assistant.

The Admin Assistant is an important member of our firm and will work directly between all core divisions of the Organization. The administrative assistant reports directly to the Administrative Manager.

This position will be full time, approx. 40 hours per week. M-F.

Compensation based on experience.

The tasks of the admin assistant will predominantly include light bookkeeping & data entry, communicating with Clients and Vendors, and executing tasks on the computer as provided by the Administrative Manager. Admin Assistant’s will be making people smile, Everyday.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and have professional and effective communication skills. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. They will be inspired and seeks growth and development. The admin assistant ensures accurate data within our operating systems and updates our Clients as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and computations of payroll, operations, expenses, projects, etc
  • Manage correspondence and monitor Company email (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare proposals/documents as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

  • Experience as an office administrator, assistant, secretary, or relevant role is a Plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Computer literacy
  • Qualifications and experience in secretarial duties will be an advantage

In this position, you will be on the front line! You are the person creating these timeless memories for our  clients!

Internship Opportunity

Description:

As an Intern at Bartz Landscaping you will support our sales consultants with completing 2D & 3D designs when needed. You will be completing real work, real designs, and timeless memories. The designs created by you will be proposed to our clients to help sell the project. In some cases, your designs will be adjusted depending on clients wants and needs. You will be provided a computer to complete your designs on. Our sales consultants will provide you with photos of the clients project space and measurements to complete your designs to scale.

If you are a student, we hope to help you achieve the credits you need! This is a summer internship that will last 3-4 months or depending on the hours you need. At the end of the Internship you may be offered a full time position depending on your work ethic, the value you bring to the team, and your punctuality.

Looking For:

  • Rising Junior or senior student perusing a landscape architecture degree or comparable degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong graphic design abilities
  • Familiarity with building design software (We use VizTerra)
  • Passion for design + willingness to learn
  • Industry & Horticulture experience
